Resilient Suppressors Warranty Policy

Traditional Suppressors (Welded & Conventional Construction)

All traditional suppressors are covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, baffle strikes, endcap strikes, and long-term wear of metal components under normal use.

What Is Not Covered

The following items and conditions are not covered under warranty:

• Coatings and finishes

• O-rings

• Grease and lubricants

• Damage caused by use outside of published caliber ratings

• Damage caused by use outside of barrel length restrictions

• Damage caused by exceeding firing schedule or temperature limits

• Damage caused by improper mounting or installation

• Damage caused by poor-quality, defective, or incompatible ammunition

• Unauthorized modifications or alterations

Product & Ammunition Guidance

If we determine that a specific ammunition type, mounting system, accessory, or firearm configuration is contributing to a problem, we may recommend an alternative product or setup. Continued use of the identified cause after notification may result in denial of future warranty claims.

Mounting Requirement

All suppressors must be properly mounted against a barrel shoulder or the face/crown of the barrel. Improper mounting, alignment issues, or use of out-of-spec components may void warranty coverage.

Shipping Protection

If a suppressor is lost or stolen while being transported to or from warranty service via UPS, we will replace it at no cost to the customer.

Repair & Replacement Terms

Repair costs, if any, will be determined based on the cause of damage.

If a suppressor model has been discontinued and replacement parts are no longer available, the customer will be offered a current-production suppressor at 50% off MSRP.

Warranty Claim Determination

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and evaluation by Resilient Suppressors. We reserve the right to deny any warranty claim if we determine the damage was caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, use outside published specifications, neglect, or any other condition not covered under this warranty.

Additive Manufacturing (3D Printed) Suppressors

All 3D printed suppressors are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects

• Material defects

• Defects resulting from the manufacturing process

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Improper use

• Abuse or neglect

• Improper mounting or installation

• Use outside of published caliber ratings

• Use outside of barrel length restrictions

• Exceeding firing schedule or temperature limits

• Poor-quality, defective, or incompatible ammunition

• Unauthorized modifications or alterations

• Baffle strikes

• Endcap strikes

• Any damage determined to have been caused by the end user

Repair Policy

Repairs that are not covered under warranty will be offered at our Core Repair Rate. This rate is based on our direct manufacturing costs and is intended solely to cover the cost of returning the suppressor to service.

General Warranty Terms

Resilient Suppressors reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue products and warranty policies at any time without notice.

Warranty coverage applies only to the original suppressor and does not cover consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

By using any Resilient Suppressors product, the owner acknowledges responsibility for proper installation, maintenance, ammunition selection, and operation in accordance with all published specifications and instructions.
