All suppressor sales are final.

Suppressors will only ship after the ATF approves the transfer to your dealer via form 3 – (1-2 weeks)

Suppressors are an NFA item and must be transferred on a form 4 through the ATF. Form 4 transfer have no specific ETA and solely depend on the ATF. Resilient Suppressors LLC has nothing to do with ATF wait times, and by buying one of our suppressors, you understand there is no specific ETA on when you will have your suppressors transferred to you.

Once your suppressor is form 3’d to your dealer, Resilient Suppressors LLC is no longer in control of your transfer, the dealer you provided must carry out the rest of your transfer.

In the case you are denied by the ATF for a transfer of one of our suppressors, you understand that you and your dealer are responsible for what happens to the suppressor that you purchased. As all suppressor sales are final.

Accessories can be returned in their original packaging within 10 days of purchase. A return request must be submited to info@resilientsuppressors.com

Resilient Suppressors LLC is the sole determiner in deciding if a item is covered under warranty or not.
Any repairs not covered under warranty will be approved by the customer prior to repairs being made.

ALL NFA ITEMS MUST BE SHIPPED TO A LICENSED FEDERAL FIREARMS DEALER WITH A SPECIAL OCCUPATIONAL TAX. (FFL/SOT)
