Return policy for non-NFA items:
This policy exclusively pertains to non NFA purchases conducted via resilientsuppressors.com. The following terms and conditions apply:
Refunds
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the request must be made within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
- Product Condition: The product must be returned in an unused, undamaged, and unaltered condition, with all original packaging and accompanying materials intact.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are solely responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.
- Return Authorization: Please fill out our Contact Form requesting an RMA with your order number. Customers will then receive an RMA via email and ship the returned products to the address on the RMA. We are not responsible for the return shipping or label.
Cancellation policy for non-NFA items:

- Cancellation Window: Customers may cancel an order for a full refund if the cancellation request is submitted prior to shipment.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 30 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
- Cancellation Request Submission: To request a cancellation, please fill out the contact us form with your order number with the request for cancellation.
- Confirmation: Upon successfully cancelling an order, you will receive confirmation via email or other appropriate means.
Cancellation policy for NFA items:
This policy is exclusively applicable to National Firearms Act (NFA) purchases made through resilientsuppressors.com. The following terms and conditions apply:
Cancellation of NFA Orders
- Cancellation Deadline: NFA orders may be cancelled at any time until the submission of any requisite paperwork to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (B.A.T.F.E.), including but not limited to the Form 3 necessary for the transfer of the suppressor to the designated dealer.
- Cancellation Fee: In the event of order cancellation, a 25% processing and restocking fee shall apply. Regardless of forming status.
- FFL/SOT Deadline – Failure to submit your dealers FFL & SOT documents with your order number to info@resilientsuppressors.com with your order number within 30 days of your order will result in an automatic cancellation. All restocking fees apply.
- Orders After ATF Submission: Once an application has been submitted to the ATF, no cancellations will be entertained, and all purchases of NFA items shall be considered final.
- Orders After Capitol Armory Submission: Once you have been notified that your order has been submitted to Capitol Armory for fulfillment or the ATF Form 3 has been submitted to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (B.A.T.F.E.) to transfer any all NFA items on your order, all sales are then final.
